COLLEGE TRIP TO BEAUTIFUL COORG

COLLEGE TRIP 

I share my one of the beautiful & memorable  travelling experience. One year ago , me and my college friends were decided  our final year campus trip to one of the beautiful eco tourism spot Coorg. It is one of the popular hill station in India  situated at Karnataka state in Kodagu district. It is popular for coffee , beautiful green hills and the streams cutting right through them. It also stands as a popular destination because of it's culture and people.

                           We start our trip from our campus at night 8 '0' clock. At that time our tour bus is entering into our college with switch on all lights and play music with full volume. me and my friends were dancing and lightning crackers , then our coordinates , teachers and my friends were entered into the bus and we start our trip lots of joy and happiness. 

 BANASURA SAGAR DAM 

            First we going to Wayanad  the hill district of Kerala , it is also known as " OOTY  of Kerala". We were camping there and trekking trails. The weather conditions are so wonderful and peaceful. Then we going to the second largest  Earth dam in ASIA  ,It is the India's only earth dam 'BANASURA SAGAR DAM' .It is wonderful, We  were entering into the top of the DAM  at that time wind is so fast & strongly fall into all of you. We get lot of memories  and  enjoyed a lot.

 COORG   

            

                                 Then we  going to our destination  "Scotland of  India : COORG ".         The drive to Coorg is an adventure in it self,  as you wind through the picture  square roads, passing by quaint villages and towering mountains. It is a beautiful place, the hills which are surrounded with coffee plantations  it looks like a Scottish valley. The place is surrounded with lush green mountains of foggy rolling hills and miles of walking trails.   The weather conditions are mostly  pleasant and chilly throughout the year, except in the summer when the temperatures can soar during day time, it is the feature of  weather in Coorg .During monsoon season the climate is so worst , it brings heavy rainfall in Coorg and it results in flooding , landslides and  destruction. .  

                                            Once you arrive , you'll be captivated by the friendly and welcoming local people ,who are eager to share their rich cultural heritage. The lush greenery and the crisp, clean air will rejuvenate your senses, making it the ideal place to unwind and reconnect with nature.

           ABBEY FALLS                           

                                       Then we are going to explore the famous Abbey falls to trekking through the Nagar hole national park. Coorg  offers a diverse range of activities that cater to every interest. Whether you're a nature Enthusiast ,a history  buff, or simply seeking a peaceful getaway, this charming town has something to offer everyone.   

    NAMDROLING MONASTERY

                                  

                                       
           

                                            Then we going to visit  'NAMDROLING MONASTERY '. It is one of the favourite place in  Coorg ,it is the second largest settlement of the Tibetan lamas in India .Located about 5  KMs from Kodagu district .The golden temple complex is home to about 16000 refugees and 600 monks. It is very beautiful and wonderful.

                                                             Then we are going back. It is an unforgettable college trip. to the beautiful COORG . It is an amazing and memorable one . We all are enjoyed a lot.
